The expected book for cardiovascular surgerons whose interested in valve reconstruciton. It is wonderfull with simple and understandable english and magnificent illustrations.
Every pages are full of with years of experiences. Thanks for Carpentier, Adams and Filsoufi for this nice work.

A crystal from experience

I have read more than half of the book and find it is a really good book. If you are interested in valve repair or starting your service in it and this will be a very good book. Practical, precise and comprehensive. A lot of illustrations making it easy to understand. I will definitely recommend this book. It will be perfect with 5 stars if it comes with DVD showing how the techniques actually been done.

The book has been jeweled by excellent illustrations. The authors have described the techniques of valve repair in detail. Although there is a little mention about case selection. It seems that authors believe that each valve can be repaired.
To summarize, salute to Dr Carpentier, for creating such a beautiful book and sharing his techniques with the community.
